How far in advance do I need to order?
Please allow at least 4 days' notice for any order. Custom cakes and larger orders are best with 3–5 days, so we can plan and shop for your treats. You'll choose your pickup or delivery date at checkout.
Where do you pick up, and do you deliver?
Pickup is free in Oshawa — we share the exact address once your order is confirmed. We also deliver across Durham Region (Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Bowmanville, Courtice) for $10, and the GTA (Toronto, Scarborough, Markham, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill) for $20. The fee is shown at checkout.
Do you have allergen information?
Everything is made in a kitchen that also handles nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten and soy. We take care, but we can't guarantee any item is free from these allergens or from cross-contact. Please order at your discretion if you have a serious allergy.
Can I customize my order or add a custom label?
Yes! Many treats offer individual packaging and a custom-label option you can add when you build your cart. For special requests, add a note at checkout or reach out before ordering and we'll do our best.
How do I pay? Is it secure?
You pay securely online through Stripe when you place your order. We never see or store your full card details.
What's your refund and cancellation policy?
Because everything is baked fresh to order, cancellations more than 48 hours before your date are fully refundable; within 48 hours they may be partial or non-refundable. If anything's wrong with your order, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
Do you take large or catering orders?
We'd love to help with parties, events, and gifts. Get in touch through our contact page with your date, headcount, and what you have in mind, and we'll put together a quote.
