Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order from nidough's, a bakery in Oshawa, Ontario. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Ordering

• Everything is baked to order. Please allow at least 4 days' notice; custom orders may need a little longer.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change over time.
• We confirm your order only after payment is received. We verify all prices on our server, so an order may be declined if a price doesn't match.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Pickup & delivery

• Pickup is in Oshawa; we share the exact address after your order is confirmed.
• Delivery is available within Durham Region and the GTA for the fees shown at checkout. Please provide a complete, accurate address — we can't refund orders sent to an incorrect address.

Allergens

Our treats are made in a kitchen that also handles nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, and soy. We take care, but we cannot guarantee any item is free from these allergens or from cross-contact. Please order at your own discretion if you have a serious allergy.

Custom orders & labels

If you upload an image or request custom text, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it isn't offensive or infringing. We may decline requests we're not comfortable making.

Cancellations & refunds

Because everything is perishable and made to order, cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate information you provide or by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
